บุคลากรโรงพยาบาลธรรมศาสตร์ฯ สร้างชื่อเสียงบนเวทีโลก คว้าเหรียญทองแดงจาก Geneva Inventions 2026 พร้อมรางวัลพิเศษจาก วช.

โรงพยาบาลธรรมศาสตร์เฉลิมพระเกียรติ ขอแสดงความยินดีกับ นางสาวณัฐกานต์ คุณธร สังกัดงานการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยวิกฤตวิสัญญี ฝ่ายการพยาบาล คว้ารางวัลเหรียญทองแดง (Bronze Medal)  จากผลงาน “Innovative Automatic cooling Device compression”  ในการประกวดผลงานสิ่งประดิษฐ์และนวัตกรรม ระดับนานาชาติ จากงาน The 51th International Exhibition of Inventions Geneva  นอกจากนี้ ผลงานดังกล่าวยังได้รับ รางวัล NRCT Honorable Mention Award จาก สำนักงานการวิจัยแห่งชาติ (วช.) เพื่อเชิดชูผลงานวิจัยและนวัตกรรมที่มีศักยภาพในการสร้างคุณค่าและประโยชน์ต่อสังคม

ในการนี้ ได้รับเกียรติจาก ศาสตราจารย์ ดร. ศุภชัย ปทุมนากุล ปลัดกระทรวงการอุดมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม (อว.) และ ดร. วิภารัตน์ ดีอ่อง ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานการวิจัยแห่งชาติ (วช.) เป็นผู้มอบรางวัล

การประกวดในเวที The 51st International Exhibition of Inventions Geneva จัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 11 – 15 มีนาคม 2569 ณ Palexpo นครเจนีวา สมาพันธรัฐสวิส ซึ่งเป็นเวทีสำคัญระดับโลกที่รวบรวมผลงานสิ่งประดิษฐ์และนวัตกรรมจากนักวิจัยและผู้พัฒนาจากหลากหลายประเทศทั่วโลก โดยมีผลงานเข้าร่วมจัดแสดงมากกว่า 1,000 ผลงาน

โดยความสำเร็จของผลงาน “Innovative Automatic cooling Device compression” ในครั้งนี้ เกิดจากความร่วมมือเชิงบูรณาการระหว่างบุคลากรทางการแพทย์ของโรงพยาบาลธรรมศาสตร์ฯ ร่วมกับ ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.จักร ชวนอาษา อาจารย์ประจำภาควิชาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล คณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ และทีมนักศึกษาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ ซึ่งเป็นการผสานองค์ความรู้ด้านการแพทย์และวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ เพื่อพัฒนานวัตกรรมที่สามารถนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ได้จริงในทางคลินิก ความร่วมมือดังกล่าวสะท้อนถึงแนวทางการพัฒนางานวิจัยแบบสหสาขาวิชาชีพ (Interdisciplinary Collaboration) ที่มุ่งเน้นการต่อยอดองค์ความรู้สู่การสร้างนวัตกรรมเพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพการดูแลรักษาผู้ป่วย

ความสำเร็จในครั้งนี้ถือเป็นอีกหนึ่งความภาคภูมิใจของโรงพยาบาลธรรมศาสตร์ฯ ที่ให้ความสำคัญกับการส่งเสริมการวิจัยและนวัตกรรมของบุคลากร เพื่อนำองค์ความรู้มาพัฒนาคุณภาพการดูแลรักษาผู้ป่วย และยกระดับมาตรฐานทางการแพทย์ของประเทศไทยสู่ระดับสากล

Thammasat University Hospital proudly congratulates Miss. Nuttakarn Koontorn from the Anesthesiology Intensive Care Unit, Nursing Department, for winning a Bronze Medal for her invention, “Innovative Automatic cooling Device compression” at the 51st International Exhibition of Inventions Geneva, one of the world’s most prestigious international invention and innovation competitions. In addition, the invention was honored with the NRCT Honorable Mention Award from the National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT) in recognition of research and innovation with strong potential to create value and benefits for society.

The award was presented by Professor Dr. Supachai Pathumnakul, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI), together with Dr. Wiparat De-ong, Executive Director of the National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT).

The 51st International Exhibition of Inventions Geneva was held from 11–15 March 2026 at Palexpo, Geneva, Switzerland. The event is recognized as one of the world’s leading platforms for inventions and innovations, bringing together researchers, inventors, and innovators from many countries, with more than 1,000 inventions and innovations exhibited.

The success of the “Innovative Automatic cooling Device compression” innovation was made possible through an integrated collaboration between medical professionals from Thammasat University Hospital and Asst. Prof. Dr. Jak Chuanasa, a faculty member of the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Thammasat University, together with a team of engineering students. This partnership reflects the effective integration of medical and engineering expertise to develop an innovation with practical applications in clinical settings. This collaboration highlights the importance of an interdisciplinary approach to research and development, emphasizing the advancement of knowledge into impactful innovations that enhance the quality of patient care.

This achievement represents another proud milestone for Thammasat University Hospital, reflecting the organization’s strong commitment to supporting research and innovation among its personnel in order to enhance patient care quality and elevate Thailand’s medical standards to the international level.
