Inpatient Admission and Room Reservation Information
Admission and Room Reservation
1.Please arrive for hospital admission on the date and at the time specified in your admission appointment.
2.Bed reservations may be made up to 4 months in advance.
3.On the day of admission, please report to the Screening and Admission Unit within the time indicated on your bed reservation confirmation to confirm your admission.
4.Bed and room assignments are made according to availability and reservation priority. As room availability may change, confirmation of your assigned room will be provided on the day of admission.
Room Deposit and Payment
1.Patients staying in a private room are required to pay a room deposit before admission. The deposit amount is based on the room type assigned.
2.During hospitalization, patients are required to settle their hospital bill every three (3) days at the Inpatient Cashier.
Room Charges and Healthcare Benefits
1.Room charges may be reimbursed according to your healthcare entitlement. Any expenses exceeding your benefit coverage are the responsibility of the patient.
2.Government Or State Enterprise Officer: Reimbursement up to THB 1,000 per day.
3.Social Security Scheme (SSS) and Universal Health Scheme (UHS): Reimbursement up to THB 400 per day.
Please note: Patients receiving treatment through the Special Outpatient Clinic (after-hours clinic) are not eligible to use Social Security or Universal Coverage benefits for room charges.
Visiting Hours
1. General Wards 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
2. Intensive Care Unit (ICU) 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Visitor Guidelines:
1.Only one visitor is permitted at a time.
2.Each visit should not exceed 30 minutes.
3.Children under 10 years of age are not permitted to visit patients.
4.Patients and visitors are required to wear a face mask properly at all times while inside the hospital.
Caregiver Policy
1.Overnight caregivers are not permitted in General Wards, Intensive Care Units (ICU), or Intermediate Care Units (IMC).
2.Patients staying in any category of private room are required to have one designated caregiver present 24 hours a day.
3.The caregiver must:
· Be 18–60 years of age.
· Be in good physical health.
· Arrive at the hospital together with the patient on the day of admission
